I was delighted to work with SAMpeople on the development of a suite of Power BI dashboard templates to support the launch of their Power BI connector. These templates were designed to help schools and trusts make better use of their people data – turning key workforce metrics into clear, actionable insights.
As part of the project, I collaborated closely not only with the SAMpeople team but also with a number of their customers to ensure the dashboards reflected real-world needs and priorities. The result was a flexible set of templates that could be used to explore staff absence, retention, wellbeing and broader workforce patterns.
These dashboards played a key role in demonstrating the value of the new connector at launch and continue to support schools and trusts in using their HR data more strategically.
