Recognising that many trusts operate without a full-time data manager – or are in the early stages of building that capacity – I’ve partnered with a number of MATs to provide practical, flexible support tailored to their context.
This has included helping trusts get started with Arbor’s Power BI connector, developing dashboards aligned to their reporting priorities and offering regular check-ins and troubleshooting. I’ve also provided interim Data Manager cover and responded to ad hoc requests around MIS management and Power BI development.
In some cases, I’ve supported or mentored new data managers as they’ve stepped into the role – helping them navigate systems, understand key reporting cycles and build confidence in using data to support decision-making. This ongoing support helps trusts build sustainable in-house capacity while keeping day-to-day reporting on track.
