With a rich professional history spanning over two decades in the education sector, I’ve devoted my career to navigating the intricate realms of data governance, collection, collation, analysis, and insights for educational establishments. Now specialising in guiding multi-academy trusts in the strategic management of their data, I also extend my expertise to advising software providers on tailoring product development to meet the evolving needs of MATs.

My journey has seen me work for Children’s Services in local authorities, also gaining valuable experience in children’s social care, and working with central government departments. In tandem, I’ve also extended my reach to work with a range of social enterprises, further enhancing my understanding of the dynamic interplay between data and organisational success.
